Description: Seattle, September 30- D.J. Farrar received an honored plaque from George Prescott, administrative assistant to Governor Albert D. Rosellini, (right) in appreciation of College Place's contribution to Operation Smile, the Statewide Beautification and the Welcome Visitor program, and integral part of the Seattle World's Fair Success. A special guest of the Fair, D.J. Farrar received an award in an afternoon ceremony in the new Host City Square at the Fair.
