1931 Flood

Description: The College Place flood of 1931. This photo was taken from the corner of 4th (then Pine St.) and College Avenue. May be the home economics building. Dorothy Gundy lived here with 6 college students. This is the home of Dr. Reith. His son-in-law Dr. Eros lived in it in 1947-1948. The Rainier Bank later stood on this corner.
